A large financial enterprise is looking for a DLP Technician to join their Information Security team, specifically in their Infrastructure Security team dealing with Email and File Encryption. This role will be focused on internal and external customer emails, secure emails, troubleshooting, technical support and advisory for any files or attachments. You will be responsible for keeping knowledge base articles and procedures up to date, email correspondence, lack channels, etc. This role does involve good customer service and attitude as you will be dealing with people on a regular basis. We are looking for someone who wants to grow in the tech space and get into Security!

-3+ years of Technical Support experience.
-Understanding of encryption tools (Voltage, Secore, Microsoft Office products)
-Exposure into Information Security.
-Great working with Windows/Mac.
-Understanding of Linux/RedHat.
