A large financial services company is looking to hire a production support travel analyst to join their team. This is a fully remote contract role supporting the travel subsector of the company. This person will be managing support tickets, doing root cause analysis on travel tickets, communicating with stakeholders and tech teams to escalate issues, and working with developers and engineers to ensure systems are running correctly.
