Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a HR specialist in Chandler, AZ. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide direction and assistance to employees, managers and HR field teams on systems, benefits, time and attendance and procedures. Support high-volume recruiting efforts, and provide support to lead HR Leader at the site.

- 3 years experience as a HR Specialist

- 3 years of experience with SuccessFactors

- 2 - 3 years of recruiting experience

- 3 years of onboarding/benefits.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
