A provider in Prescott, AZ is looking to hire a Medical Office Coordinator for their clinic. This team is looking for someone who has past experience working as a RN or LPN but is looking for a change. You will be responsible for overseeing 8-10 employees to track behavior to meet/exceed goals to increase patient volume and communicate obstacles promptly. You will monitor physicians' daily schedules, track attendance, and authorize timesheets. You will participate in monthly clinical staff meetings and support back and front offices daily, as needed. Lastly, you will also help with interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work, as well as appraising performance, rewarding employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
