Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Therapist to join a non-profit organization which focuses on making a positive impact on Arizona children. This individual will be responsible for providing clinical assessment, individual and family therapy related to child abuse issues for children, adolescents, non-offending adults, and families. The Therapist will also create / maintain all paperwork and written reports related to clientele in accordance with OBHL, the Center's policies and procedures, and the forensic environment. Attend weekly supervision to discuss case conceptualization, review treatment goals, discuss problems or obstacles to progress, exchange ideas for intervention strategies, provide clinical training, and assist with difficult or problem families/cases. The Therapist will also be responsible for coordinating with a multidisciplinary team, including law enforcement, CPS, medical staff, forensic interviewers, and other persons/groups related to child abuse issues and ongoing cases, as necessary and appropriate within the forensic environment.

Required Skills & Experience

* Must be passionate with making a positive impact on children with complex trauma issues

* Strong understanding of clinical diagnosis and evidence-based interventions to address mental health conditions

* Master's degree in counseling or social work

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Associate license as a LAC, AMFT or LMSW

* Bilingual in English/Spanish.
