Job Description
.Insight Global's solar energy client is looking for a Manager of Risk and Compliance to come in a mature their internal governance and compliance strategy to ensure align with industry requirements. This resource would be responsible for conducting regular internal and external risk and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security threats. You would also be responsible for overseeing the compliance program ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and frameworks (such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, etc.). Lastly you would be responsible for managing and mentoring a small team of governance, risk, and compliance professionals.
Required Skills & Experience
.7+ years of experience working in the cybersecurity and vulnerability field.
Extensive experience with a focus in governance, risk, and compliance.
Strong background handling internal and external audits for 3rd party vendor .
- Experience with quantitative and financial risk.
Deep understanding of industry standards, frameworks, and regulations related to cybersecurity, ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
Experience in managing compliance programs and conducting assessments to ensure adherence to security standards.
- Experience with Data Privacy Laws
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CAP, etc)
