Gen AI Architects are responsible for designing, AI systems that can transform the way we do business, serve customers, and manage risks. You will work with a multidisciplinary team of experts, including data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI solutions that are scalable, reliable, and ethical. This role will be crucial to build out an enterprise infrastructure to deploy Gen AI across the company. We are looking for someone who can help define the company's AI strategy and more importantly, it's architecture.
Responsibilities
-Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions in the financial industry.
-Design, develop, and deploy AI systems that can solve complex business problems and create value for customers and stakeholders.
-Ensure the quality, performance, and security of AI systems, and adhere to the best practices and standards for AI development and deployment.
-Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand the requirements, challenges, and opportunities for AI solutions.
-Communicate the benefits, risks, and limitations of AI solutions to various audiences, and provide guidance and support for AI adoption and governance.
-Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methods for AI development and deployment, and stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the field.
Required Skills & Experience
-Bachelors degree or higher in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field.
-At least 5 years of experience in AI development and deployment, preferably in the financial industry.
-Experience creating artifacts
-Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, Java.
-Proficient in LLMs and Vector Databases
-Expertise in one or more AI frameworks, such as LangChain.
-Knowledge of AI concepts, such as machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
-Experience in working with large and complex data sets, and using cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
