Job Description
A B2B client in the Phoenix, AZ market is looking to add to their already robust Sales Development team. These individuals will be responsible for supporting select main clients, understanding their business and products, and facilitating the clients' internal sales teams in finding, building, and executing on new business deals. These individuals should come from an environment where activity is measured weekly by metrics, and thrive on fostering new relationships over time. You should be goal oriented, self-motivated, and able to effectively and efficiently support high level, high visibility end clients. You will be responsible for both managing and maintaining existing clients, while generating new leads and business for your specific accounts.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a sales-oriented role or environment (1+ year required)
- Proven track record of successfully communicating with high level clients/individuals (VP's, directors, executives, etc)
- Ability to grow and maintain relationships organically over long periods of times
- Experience in a self-driven, goal-oriented environment where success is measured by activity and KPIs/metrics
- Experience self-generating new leads in a sales environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a relationship-oriented sales role such as door to door sales for cable, wifi, solar, pest control, etc
- Previous experience in a credit card up sales or similar environment (selling upgrades, understanding a product, etc)
- Experience with outbound/inbound sales tools (Outreach, Zoom Info, Crystal Ball preferred)
- Experience lead generating with LinkedIn and Market Insight
