Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an electrical engineer to join our clients growing engineer firm. They are looking for a seasoned electrical engineer to be an integral part of their design team. This person will be working on projects for data centers, industrial buildings, offices and other high-profile construction projects. This engineer will be mainly focused on designing electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, backup generators, and fire alarms) for data centers. They will be responsible for overseeing the production of all electrical designs, systems and drawings.

Required Skills & Experience

* 7+ years of substation engineering design experience designing electrical systems for data centers or other mission critical projects

* Valid P.E license

* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field

* Strong understanding of electrical codes

* Proficiency with MS Office, AutoCAD, BlueBeam, BIM and Revit

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Leadership experience managing 3+ resources
