Job Description:

* Manage AMB and ARBoPA Meetings: Schedule cases for Board review, prepare agendas, ensure properly scanned documents are added to case files, post agenda to applicable areas, creation, and distribution of case materials to the Board via GLS/411. Following board meeting send out resolution letters and disseminate board orders. (50 %)

* Record AMB and ARBoPA meeting minutes and prepare the minutes for review: Minutes are taken during the board meeting and draft minutes are posted within 3 business days to the Board's website once approved by legal for the public to view. (15 %)

* Review statutes, policies and procedures to ensure to ensure all meeting are done in compliance with open meeting law. (5%)

* Serve as direct contact with physicians, physician's legal representation and complainants. (10%)

* Manage call to the public during AMB and ARBoPA meetings. (5%)

* Reporting disciplinary board actions to the NPDB, FSMB, DEA and Phbackup (5%)

* Serve as back up to the Public Records Coordinator. Complete secondary review of Public Records/licensing file requests. (5%)

* Other tasks as assigned (5%)

Required Skills & Experience

* Oral and written communication skills.

* Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite products; specifically Adobe. Combining and extracting pages, redacting, bookmarking and editing.

* Skill in interpersonal relations with peers and management staff.
