Lead Qualification Specialist

* Contact potential clients via phone

* Schedule appointments between qualified prospects and sales team

* Maintain accurate records of all communications with potential clients

* Expectations Include:

o 50-75 carefully researched dials per day (10-12 per hour).

o 20% conversation rate (10-15 per day)

o 2-4 strong appointments set per day

* Proven track record of success in cold calling and appointment setting

* Experience with CRM programs (HubSpot preferred)

* Strong phone skills

* Ability to meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
