A federal client is seeking a Bilingual PSA Compliance Manager to support unaccompanied minors at a foster care location in Tucson, AZ. The PSA Compliance Manager will be responsible for preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment in ongoing compliance with Interim Final Rule (IFR)
Bachelors degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social services fields or business administration or management.
One year minimum experience working with child welfare standards quality assurance, best practices, or compliance.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Knowledge of contracts, certifications, regulatory standards and rules, and accreditations.
Experience in technical writing management information systems (MIS) analysis, QA related computer software experience.
Proficient use of computers, tablets, printers, and MS office suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
