One of our clients in the building materials industry is looking for a leader to join their Delivery & Administration team. The role covers IT financials, regional vendor management, IT asset administration, IT Budget control, licensing management, and infrasturture update control. It also includes assuring outsourcing partners contractual obligation by managing SLAs and KPIs. Primrdial to the role is to ensure business-IT alignment to execute on the companys business priorities, control budget and expenses, and build long-term business relationships with different IT and business partners within the North America Region.
Strong managerial experience and/or leadership skills
Experience with IT Infrastructure upgrade control (PC, LAN, Site Refresh, etc.) coordinator
Experience with Asset Management, Budget Management, & expense controlmanages the OPEX and CAPEX budget for the region.
Experience handling IT vendor and supply chain management
Ability to provide support and information to consolidate regional presentations, meeting with key stakeholders.
Monitors services provided by the outsourced partners.
Assure that operational and reporting SLAs are being met.
Experience with consolidation and follow-up of local IT budget and chargeback
Past experience working in a construction/logistics/supply chain industry.
