One of Insight Global's clients is hiring for a Sr. Property Manager to run facility operations at a 500,000 square foot property, roughly 50 tenants across 8 buildings, in Phoenix, AZ. This individual will be responsible for managing a team of in-house engineers, accounts, assistant manager, and technicians. They will also be responsible for new tenant approvals. This is not a new development. This will be an onsite position, Mon-Fri from 8am -- 5 pm. 2747 W Southern Ave, Tempe, AZ 85282
- 10+ years of experience in commercial or federal property management
- Strong accounting and lease administration knowledge
- Knowledge of outsource construction/technicians
- Tremendous communication skills
- Experience managing capital upgrades and new tenant approvals
- Ability to read contracts and leases

- Accounting/asset management experience
