A company in Phoenix, AZ is looking for an Sr. HR Business Partner to join their team. This candidate will act as a liaison between different business groups and internal HR functions to help provide proper direction and guidance. They will also be responsible for analyzing data/metrics to understand gaps to improve productivity as well as resolving employee relations issues and improve work relationship.
