An Insight Global client in the Financial Services industry is looking for an End-to-End Test Manager in north Scottsdale, AZ who excels in both automated and manual testing to lead their quality assurance efforts. As a Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of the client's software products. Your expertise in test strategy development, test automation, and team management will be crucial in achieving the client's quality goals. On this team specifically, you will be responsible for being the single point of contact coordinating multiple applications and the testing that is needed for each application's enablement.
- 5-7 years of experience within Testing/Test Management, specifically the full testing cycle within an enterprise-level environment
- Developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies, both automated and manual testing, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products
- Strong experience using Rally or Jira as a tool for managing projects in an Agile environment
- Experience with test management and automation for 3+ testing workstreams with a single goal
- Experience using Manta as a tool for data lineage (Alation or Collibra are similar tools used for data lineage)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Any previous experience within the Financial Services industry is a HUGE plus for this team
- Any prior experience working with data governance frameworks
