A large retail enterprise in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their onsite IT Corporate Services Team. In this role, you will handle daily responsibilities such as working through ticketing systems, processing office equipment requests, remoting into end users devices, helping with migrations and upgrades. This company has moved heavily into the MacOS space, so ideally would be looking for someone with great Apple experience. This experience would include troubleshooting, upgrades, identifying IP addresses, etc.
-Obtains a High School Diploma or higher education.
-2+ years working hands on with MacOS.
-Good experience with Windows systems, both hardware and software.
-Great phone presence, good communication skills and ability to help end users in person.
-Proficient with remote network connectivity tools as well as ticketing systems.
