Insight Global is seeking a talented RPA Production Support Manager to join a Fortune 500 company in the United States. This is a 100% remote, direct hire role. As an RPA Production Support Manager, you will be expected to hit the ground running and oversee the management of external Level 1 and Level 2 production support teams. On a daily basis, you will help guide external vendors by advising on best RPA processes and create solutions to business problems. You will work with both UiPath and Automation anywhere RPA tools.
-8+ years of experience as an RPA or Technical Project Manager.
-Well versed with RPA best practices and policies.
-Experienced with managing and/or guiding external vendors.
-Experienced with managing offshore teams.
-Expertise with RPA tools: UiPath and/or Automation Anywhere
-Experience interacting with and negotiating with external stakeholders.
