A client of Insight Global is looking for an IT Technical Recruiter to sit local to the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a hybrid role that does require to go onsite at the clients corporate location 2-3 days a week. The responsibilities of this role is to provide recruiting support to Domestic Recruiting team to support all IT (Information technology) positions local to Arizona and across the country. This includes phone screening, reviewing resumes, and engaging with hiring managers to ensure qualified candidates are being moved forward for consideration. Positions will vary from high volume/non-exempt/entry level to exempt/technical/administrative roles.
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
* 3-5 years IT Recruiting experience for (Data Scientist/ Cyber Security/Network/Infrastructure, Application Services, Digital Transformation
* Experience with proactive IT sourcing; utilizing multiple job boards and sourcing tools
* Organized, ability to work in fast paced environment
* Well versed and comfortable with varied ATS functionality
* High School diploma or GED and six (6) years of Recruiting/Human Resources-related experience; OR
* Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of Recruiting/Human Resources-related experience
* Employment law principles as they apply to recruiting/hiring
* Experience supporting an Operations group in an HR function including recruiting activities
