Insight Global is seeking a talented Process Lead to join a leading healthcare company. This resource will lead the automation solutioning for multiple projects across the enterprise. The solutions involve identifying the optimal business operational process, determine how the business will need to change and transform their operations, and design the technology solution utilizing the leading-edge AI and RPA technologies supported by OTIA and the COEs. They are responsible for partnering with the business team to define the business case in support of IT investment and determine the change management that will be required for the business to integrate the automation into the future state process. The day-to-day of this individual will be split between overseeing the intake, discovery and execution of automation projects assigned to self and direct reports; discretion over people management, including hiring and firing, for direct report teams; discretion over setting and administrating OTIA operating standards; and working with managers to oversee budget/IT hours available.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and related business operations within Medical Insurance, PBM, or Pharmacy operations.
- Certified training in process re-engineering and improvement methodology including Six-Sigma, kaizen, etc.
