A client of ours in the environmental services industry is looking to add an HR Central Representative to their team. This HR Central Representative will be responding to internal support requests for HR applications such as Workday and Kronos for time tracking. They will be responding to 20-30 tickets per day through ServiceNow, as well as occasional phone calls for over-the phone support (<10% of their day will be over the phone). This position will support all front-end users around data management and data integrity.
* Ability to provide high quality customer service.
* Strong problem solving skills, natural professionalism, a quick learner, and good communication skills.
* 1 year of experience in HR, business, or customer service support role.
* Technology savvy.
* Experience working in a technical support role.
* Experience with shared services or operational support.
* Experience providing support for Workday or Kronos, or exposure to support in either platform.
* Experience using ticketing systems for issue management, such as ServiceNow.
