- Design and implement DFT features for semiconductor chips
- Inject test patterns into chips and verify their correctness
- Diagnose test failures and develop corrective actions
- Work with other engineering teams to ensure that DFT requirements are met
- Stay up-to-date on the latest DFT technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6+ years of experience in DFT engineering
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design and test principles
- Experience with EDA tools and DFT methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
