A client in Tempe, AZ is looking for a Organizational Change Management Consultant to join their team. This role will be working on the client's Store Leaders Project. They will be enabling 20,000 store managers with Microsoft licenses and individual accounts. Current state is a kiosk license and a shared account. This resource will be focusing on the creation and implementation of change management and training strategies that maximize adoption and training in the new way of working. The Consultant would be working with the project teams to develop adoption materials that support the project deliverables. The adoption materials could include: facilitation & development of focus group workshop, development of and facilitation of training sessions on product feature, working with our Microsoft Account Team to plan training events, product feature videos, and communication materials that could include information webpages, newsletters and news posts. Responsibilities are shown below:
* Understand the current state and identify impacts to people, processes and technology as result of the planned change
* Working with project team to develop activities that support the change strategy, including stakeholder assessment, communications, organization transition and end-user training
* Working with the project teams and our Microsoft Account Team to develop activities that are purpose fit for the environment and the company culture to build the awareness and desire to change with end users
* Assist with driving end-user adoption for technology driven projects
* 5+ years of experience working with change and project management plans, training plans
* High level knowledge of Microsoft Product Stack & Outlook for Web
* Familiarity with Employee Collaboration tools including: Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint
* Strong skills for stakeholder engagement and alignment
* Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
* Experience working with a major change initiative
* Ability to influence and think both strategically and tactically
