Job Description

GeBBs Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to sit fully remote. They are looking for someone to come in and help with the full lifecycle of recruiting. This will include: sourcing medical coders/ auditors/ and other healthcare professionals. They will also be in charge of standard coordination duties, including: scheduling interviews, communicating with hiring managers, and confirming certs and other experience with candidates. GeBBS provides exceptional medical coding services to clients all over the United States. This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting growth company in healthcare services. In this role, you will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting for medical coding and facility supplier positions. You will maintain a pulse on available internal talent to fill existing needs as a resource lead and will leverage various sources to identify external talent. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record being flexible and creative in sourcing strategies, providing the best candidate experience, and managing multiple open positions simultaneously.

Required Skills & Experience

* 2+ years recruiting experience

* ability to develop recruitment plans for high volume recruitments and difficult to fill positions.

* Creative approaches to sourcing for difficult to fill positions is critical for this role. Must be able to search and screen passive candidates.

* Ability to build relationships across all levels and to provide advice to hiring managers.

* Experience and comfort with high volume recruiting.

* Experience utilizing and applicant tracking system, iCIMS applicant tracking system is a plus.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
