Insight Global is seeking a ITSM ServiceNow Engineer to support a ServiceNow integration for a local client in the Phoenix area. This project will kick off its first phase in Q1 so this resource will join the team to start with preliminary research, coming in as a Subject matter expert for ServiceNow as a product and integration. While they are going through training internally they are on a go-live for operational use of ServiceNow within 8 months so this SME will help with the training process specifically with the integration team and help with knowledge transfer from the Cherwell system. Will be running this project in Agile so experience with Agile metholodogies are a must.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow as a product to an enterprise level environment
- Experience with ITSM Products, Hardware Asset Management, etc.
- ITIL Certified and strong knowledge of the languages used
- Experience working in an Agile Environment
- Experience with Cherwell to ServniceNow or knowledge of Cherwell
