A large financial enterprise in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a PMO team that deals with Customer Success Platforms. You will be working with Product and Engineering teams to drag out key initiatives and grooming the backlog to have a good understanding of requirements. You will also work with external customers to deliver requirements, updates and initiatives involving any updates on these platforms that will overall enhance customer success metrics and KPIs. You will help automate team dashboards. This team uses PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint to present updates for reporting, tracking and documentation. This team cares more about your ability to communicate with others, and your ability to influence others in the organization by articulating the why and how behind program and project decisions.
8+ years of Program Management with experience on a variety of programs and projects at one time.
-Outstanding soft skills and ability to communicate with leadership, engineers and customers.
-Program and Project Management tooling experience including: Jira, Confluence, Rally, Clarizon or similar.
-Knowledgeable about reporting and dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel and PPT.
-Exposure to Chat Bot, or Customer Service platforms.
