Job Description
A large financial enterprise in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a remote Technical Program Manager to join their Employee Technology Experiences PMO Team. You will be working with Product and Engineering teams to drag out key initiatives and grooming the backlog to have a good understanding of requirements. You will also work with external customers to deliver requirements, updates and initiatives involving merchant and HR department details. You will help automate team dashboards that present metrics and delivery updates. This team uses PowerBI, Excel, and PowerPoint to present updates for reporting, tracking and dashboards. In this role, you must be flexible to work across and manage different projects including HR, Infrastructure, Reliability, Data Science, AI and ML, etc. This team cares more about your ability to communicate with others, and your ability to influence others in the organization by articulating the why and how behind program and project decisions.
Required Skills & Experience
-8+ years of Program Management with experience on a variety of programs and projects at one time.
-Outstanding soft skills and ability to communicate with leadership, engineers and customers.
-Program and Project Management tooling experience including: Jira, Confluence, Rally, Clarizon or similar.
-Knowledgeable about reporting and dashboard tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Excel and PPT.
-Previous experience managing and controlling project budgets between $500K-$5M minimum.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-HRIS experience, specifically within WorkDay.
-Financial industry experience.
