Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Level 1 Command Center Technician to work for our client. This role will provide support and incident management for the command center technology using device troubleshooting, photographic evaluation and performance optimization. This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, strong problem-solving skills, dependability and demonstrated priority and time management skills.



-Troubleshoot and provide corrective action via a web-based repair program or direct communication with a field service technician(s)

-Work with multiple internal and external teams to restore service in a timely manner

-Communicate with customers and internal teams throughout an incident/repair

-Provide work order management through driving, following up and closure of assigned trouble tickets.

-Adhere to customer-specific procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLA) as well as team KPI's

-Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

-Ability to manage multiple tasks on time, including ticket administration, communications, and follow up activities

-Ability to learn in an 'on-the-job' training environment

Required Skills & Experience

-High school GED or equivalent

-1 to 2 years of IT helpdesk/service desk experience or Associates degree in Technology related field of study. (If candidates have internship experience and are eager to learn and get their foot in the -door, they will be highly considered for this role!)

- Must reside in the greater Phoenix, AZ area and comfortable working 100% remote and navigating a laptop.

-Candidate must be a team player who is comfortable collaborating with team members and enjoys bouncing ideas off other team members
