Job Description

A international client of Insight Global is looking for a Recruiters to work FULLY REMOTE and support their HQ in Phoenix, AZ. The responsibilities of this role is to provide recruiting support to Domestic Recruiting team to support positions local to Arizona and across the country. This includes phone screening, reviewing resumes, and engaging with hiring managers to ensure qualified candidates are being moved forward for consideration. Positions will vary from high volume/non-exempt/entry level to exempt/technical/administrative roles.



SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Required Skills & Experience

* 3-5 years of recruiting experience

* Experience recruiting on Civil Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Structural Engineers, and more

* Experience working with SuccessFactors or other ATS

* Experience working with SAP or other HRIS

* Understanding of EEO and Affirmative Action policies

* Understanding of employment law as it relates to hiring practices

* Demonstrated experience with sourcing candidates on multiple platforms, i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, as well as via referrals and other sourcing channels

* Common recruiting processes, procedures, and sourcing techniques

* Organized, ability to work in fast paced environment

* Well versed and comfortable with varied ATS functionality

* High School diploma or GED and six (6) years of Recruiting/Human Resources-related experience; OR

* Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of Recruiting/Human Resources-related experience

* Employment law principles as they apply to recruiting/hiring

* Experience supporting an Operations group in an HR function including recruiting activities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Mining, or Oil & Gas knowledge is preferred
