REMOTE Technical Project Manager

Insight Global is looking for a Remote Technical Project Manager to join our clients small team of 10. This client is a software based company for lawyers. We are looking for someone to come in and has a voice to direct the team and management on best practices and what they could be doing better. Also, we are looking for someone who understands what our end users do. For example our software is used by lawyers and corporate law firms that manage trademarks, pattens, etc. and our software is what helps them manage those. Additional responsibilities below -



Will report directly to the CEO, provide weekly management reports

Manage developers progress

Create, manage, maintain & streamline ticket process

Manage, maintain & streamline publishing process

QA Testing - end user testing

Aid in development streamlining process

Create, manage & maintain technical documentation

Create, manage & maintain help guides/videos/FAQs

2+ years' of Project Management experience

Well versed in Agile development strategies & software development processes

Windows server & database knowledge

QA experience - will be doing end user testing

MS Office, PDF and Video editing software knowledge

Project Management tool experience - Kanban is what they are using

Very organized and has to have a good personality with a positive attitude

IT background

Azure Knowledge

Management experience

Experience working with smaller teams / start ups

Some intellectual property law or legal/business knowledge or background
