Job Description

Responsibilities Include

Communication/Newsletters

o Create & Distribute (iTravel, MICE, Persona)

o Maintain distribution database

Notify TMC of Risk Ratings

Periodic audits of program for compliance

Rental Car validations for insurance processing

o Corporate Card Programs

o Assist with questions relating to programs, applications and process

o Ensure proper approvals obtained for exceptions and send to PA for processing

Process weekly reporting for AmEx & Citi programs

Support US travel profile requests (until new TMC implemented)

Prepare vendor checks for deposit and manage documentation

Manage email requests

Research and/or source ground transport or DMC for events as needed

Corp Card

o Review & maintain hierarchy

Create & Maintain regional T&E program summary

Create & Maintain T&E program documentation for new employees

Manage airline soft-dollar programs

Maintain MICE calendar

Create & Maintain FOP payment program documentation

Back up PA for FOP programs

Create & Maintain "Playbook" for position

Enter MICE events to airline sites for tracking

Required Skills & Experience

* Administrative type skills (Task Management & Project experience)

* Would still need to be familiar with the Microsoft tools (XLS, PPT, DOC)

* Strong in MS Excel

* Detail Oriented - Great Customer Service

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* T&E (Travel and Expense) experience

* Has arranged/booked travel before
