Job Description

A client in Phoenix, AZ is looking for a School Ambassador to join their team. These individuals will be brought on to assist 58 school districts in Arizona to support Covid-19 relief to schools. These individuals will report to the client's headquarters, and be "on call" to fill in for staff, mentor staff if they are not performing well, and conduct customer service checks with the client. The School Ambassador must be comfortable commuting all across Maricopa County. When filling in, Ambassadors will be scheduled to attend different schools to conduct tasks that are regularly assigned to school health personnel to allow them time to complete COVID-19 specific activities required by the school.



RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE

1. Office Admins will be responsible to joining a one-hour meeting on Wednesdays to go over any protocol updates, new public health information, and answer any questions staff may have

2. While onsite at school, responsibilities of Office Administrators will vary dependent on what school the individual is assigned to, and what support is needed at that specific school. Examples of responsibility are shown below, but are not limited/ guaranteed to:

Performing data entry into a school information system

Front Office Support - clerical, phones, etc. - contacting parents, students, or staff using telephone, email, or mass notification system

Sanitizing and disinfecting school equipment and social areas

Conducting Hearing and Vision Testing to students

Assisting school staff with the coordination of COVID-19 testing (requires no medical expertise or physical interaction with symptomatic or exposed students or staff

Insight Global Staff WILL NEVER be one-on-one with a minor or responsible for overseeing and/or teaching a classroom of students

Required Skills & Experience

- 6+ months of experience working in any customer service role (Ex: Call Center, Receptionist, Server, Nanny, Retail, etc.)

- MUST love working with children

- Have a vehicle for reliable transportation to and from work

- Ability to hold an IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card

- Comfortable having federal holidays and school breaks off

- Ability to handle working in a fast-paced environment

- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills

- Comfortable with basic data entry (Microsoft Office)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience working in the Health, Education, or Day Care industry
