****Telecom Vendor Management role**** ****Mid/Senior Level Candidates Preferred**** Your Opportunity Responsible for end to end provisioning of telecommunication circuits for all Schwab locations. Will collaborate with internal Network Engineers and business partners to understand circuit requirements and needs. Work closely with our telecom vendors to obtain competitive quotes, place orders, track progress, coordinate circuit delivery, and scheduling of activations. Help drive and manage individual network projects. Provide system support and administration for the Rivermine software. Rivermine supports invoicing, telecom accounts payable, contract repository, reporting, circuit ordering, and inventory control. Key Responsibilities • Provisioning of circuits for data and voice. Includes quoting, ordering, tracking, scheduling, and activations. • Collaborate with Engineers and business partners to deliver on network infrastructure work • Responsible to drive Network Service projects and Work Order requests to timely completion • Maintain compliance with audit responsibilities • Vendor management – managing orders placed with vendors and escalating as appropriate to vendor management team • Audit and reconcile billing disputes, including oversight of receiving credits from vendors • Review and handle telecom ageing, apply credits, missing invoice payments • Normalize carrier billing and usage information obtained from various electronic formats and load data into the Rivermine database • Perform quality checks to ensure accurate accounting of all usage and expense categories
