An Insight Global client in the Financial Services industry is seeking a highly motivated Business Compliance Analyst to join their team REMOTELY. As a Business Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for managing a precompiled set of pre-identified clients/vendors and working with them to make them compliant with company standards.
The candidate must have/be able to:
* Work in rapid pace environment and be comfortable with changes to daily tasks based off needs.
* Have experience managing vendors in an enterprise level environment.
* Have experience with new stakeholder management.
* Manage vendors from a compliance and operations perspective.
* Analyze and verify precompiled sets of data for risk assessment.
* Have strong experience with various platforms within SAP Ariba.
* Prior experience navigating ServiceNow platform.
2-5 years of experience in enterprise Vendor Management/Compliance/Business or Legal Operations.
2-5 years of strong professional experience utilizing various tools within SAP Ariba.
o SAP Ariba Sourcing (SaaS solution for sourcing and procurement)
o SAP Ariba Invoice Management (digitalizes and automates the accounts payable processes)
o SAP Ariba Purchase Order Process/Submittals (full-cycle PO process experience is a big plus)
The ability to navigate ServiceNow platform.
Must be adaptable and comfortable with rapid changes in daily tasks.
Experience working in an enterprise level environment.
