Job Description
A Health Solutions company in Chandler, AZ is looking for a Sr. BI Developer to join their team. This person will need to be proficient and very knowledgeable of Qlik and the various versions of Qlik as well. This team is incredibly collaborative and excellent communication is a must. This person must be able to do interviews with the stakeholders, gather the requirements, and translate those requirements into technical solutions. It is crucial this individual has great communication and presentation skills because he/she will be doing dashboard presentations and visualizations to the audience. This team works with various departments within the company including the C-Level Executives. This BI Developer must be able to write complex SQL queries, create data marts, create data lakes from bigger data sets, create data models that will fit to Qlik. This person also will be scripting to Qlik in the back end, but in the front end create visualizations, provide training to the end users, create documentations and tell the story with data. Required Skills & Experience
-5-7 years of experience in a BI Development role or related role using SSRS, Qlik, and SQL
-3+ years of Qlik experience, specifically on the front end and back end (scripting, creating extensions, using extensions, mashups, etc.)
-Very strong SQL skills, specifically creating store procedures and writing complex SQL queries
-Must know and understand the ETL process
-Translate requirements into data models
-Experience doing presentations and visualizations in a BI Development role or related role
-Bachelor's degree in related field
-Must work AZ time zone M-F 8am-5pm
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-Knowledge or experience with Python
-Qlik NPrinting
-Knowledge or experience with QMC (Qlik Management Console)
-Any Qlik certifications
