Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Marketing & Pricing Analyst to join a leading energy/NGL client in a hybrid role. This individual will report to the Senior Manager of Optimization & Analytics and be responsible for managing pricing functions, market analysis, and forecasting initiatives across the organization. The analyst will work closely with marketing, trading, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure accurate pricing, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics, pricing, finance, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills (modeling, data analysis, large datasets)
- Experience with Power BI and/or Power Query
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with inventory
- Experience working with pricing data, reporting, or forecasting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with VBA or scripting (VBA/VBS)
- Background in energy, commodities, or NGL markets
- Experience building forecasting or supply/demand models
- Exposure to data warehousing or analytics libraries
- Progress toward or completion of CFA Level 1
