Job Description
We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for clients after a contract has been signed within a family‑owned commercial cleaning organization focused on long‑term relationships and service excellence. This role is highly client‑facing and operational in nature, sitting at the intersection of sales, operations, and customer service across the full customer lifecycle.
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring service delivery meets client expectations by proactively managing accounts, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with property managers and key decision‑makers. The Account Manager may coordinate crew changes, facilitate service adjustments, support pricing discussions or changes, and manage add‑on service requests such as carpet cleaning or window washing by assessing needs, capturing photos, coordinating with suppliers, and following up to confirm resolution. They will also play a role in financial and administrative processes, partnering with internal teams to support billing questions, change requests, and lifecycle management of the account.
Success in this position comes from being responsive, organized, and highly proactive. Someone who does not sit behind a computer all day, but instead builds trust through in‑person engagement, ownership of problems, and consistent follow‑through. This individual acts as the single point of contact for the customer, ensuring issues are addressed promptly while strengthening long‑term partnerships. This is a full‑time role based out of Edmonton, Alberta, with regular travel to client sites.
