Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist who thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment. This role requires someone who is highly organized, approachable, and able to independently manage daily responsibilities while serving as a go‑to resource for employees with payroll questions. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter—especially if experienced with Dayforce—and comfortable navigating frequent transactions and communication.

Location: In-office, 5 days/week (Near airport)
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

Required Skills & Experience

* Extensive payroll experience, ideally in high‑volume environments.
* Ability to manage large numbers of transactions with strong attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on track without close supervision.
* Experience working with large Payroll systems, with Dayforce experience preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to manage large volumes of email and stakeholder interactions.
* Professional, approachable presence for in‑office walk‑ups.
