Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an intermediate QA Analyst to support quality assurance and testing across AI‑enabled insurance workflows at a commercial insurance company based out of Canada. This role will focus on validating AI outputs, ensuring integration reliability, and protecting the platform from regressions as AI models and workflows evolve. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include performing manual testing, identifying test cases suitable for automation, contributing to automated regression test suites, and supporting user acceptance testing with business stakeholders. This resource will work closely with a senior QA team member to expand existing automation frameworks and ensure model changes or upgrades do not negatively impact production workflows. We are seeking an international resource based in LATAM to work closely with a team in Canada on mountain standard time. This is a fully remote 12 month engagement.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of QA experience
• Strong hand-on manual testing experience
• At least 1 year of automation testing experience
• Experience with Playwright or Selenium
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
• Experience supporting UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams
• Fluent in English
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Understanding of regression testing strategies
Experience testing REST APIs
