Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join a Total Rewards Compensation Operations team supporting a large, global organization. This role is focused on the analytical and operational side of compensation and is responsible for managing salary structures, market data, and pay scale systems to enable informed pay decisions across upstream, midstream, downstream, and corporate functions. The successful candidate will work heavily with data integrity, compensation tools, and reporting, including Power BI dashboards for salary offers and compensation movement, intake tools for salary requests and evaluations, and market survey submissions and analysis. Day to day, this individual will develop, maintain, and govern salary bands and ranges, student and wage rate structures, geographic differentials, and pay scale systems. You will ensure accurate data submissions to compensation surveys and load returned results into internal systems. Additionally you will partner with HRIS on geographic zoning and location alignment and support the Compensation Advisors and Total Rewards team by translating market data into clear guidelines, insights, and recommendations. This is a non‑client‑facing, market research–driven role that requires strong analytical capability, clear communication, and the ability to apply global compensation experience to real‑time business decisions. This is a full time opportunity based out Calgary or Saskatoon with the requirement to be on site 5 days per week.

We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.To learn more about how we collect, keep, and process your private information, please review Insight Global's Workforce Privacy Policy: https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/.

• Hands‑on experience with compensation surveys and market data including analysis and salary range development
• Proven expertise managing salary structures, pay scales, bands, ranges, and geographic differentials
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups) and experience with Power BI and presentation development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to summarize and present data insights to stakeholders
• Agile, adaptable mindset with strong analytical thinking and attention to data integrity
