Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a SuccessFactors System Administrator / Technical Solutions Analyst to join a large enterprise construction client on a 6 month contract with a strong likelihood of extension. This role is based in Edmonton, Alberta, beginning with a short remote period and transitioning to 5 days/week onsite once office space becomes available (expected end of May).
The Senior SuccessFactors System Administrator will be responsible for hands on configuration, technical analysis, and system support across multiple SAP SuccessFactors modules. This individual will collaborate closely with business users, BAs, SMEs, and technical teams to translate requirements into system configuration, reporting, and integrations. The successful candidate will support ongoing HR systems workload, upcoming platform changes, and a major transition from SuccessFactors Recruiting/Onboarding to SmartRecruiter.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5+ years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors configuration experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in technical configuration and testing, including:
o Permissions and role-based access
o Screen layouts and UI configuration
o Data extensions and object configuration
o Translating business requirements into system design
- SuccessFactors Certifications (in order of importance):
1. SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding
2. Employee Central (EC Core)
3. Story Reports
4. Talent Intelligence Hub (TIH)
5. Performance Management
- Undergraduate degree in a technical domain
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with SmartRecruiter
