Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to join a global B2B SaaS organization on a permanent, hybrid, 2-3 days a week on site position in Calgary, Alberta. This leader will own the end‑to‑end demand generation strategy, execution and will drive data‑driven marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, cross‑sell, and retention, while owning the global marketing funnel and pipeline quality.
This role partners closely with Product, Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, Sales Operations, and Customer Success to execute multi‑channel campaigns aligned to the company’s go‑to‑market strategy. The ideal candidate is an out‑of‑the‑box thinker with deep experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, strong people‑leadership skills, and the ability to scale global programs across regions.

Required Skills & Experience
• 10+ years of experience in B2B demand generation / digital marketing
• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS (Software as a Service) environment
• Proven expertise across:
○ Demand generation & lead generation
○ Product marketing and digital marketing
○ Content marketing, paid digital channels, and social media advertising
○ Events, trade shows, and field marketing
○ CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Experience planning and executing multi‑channel global marketing programs
• Strong proficiency with marketing and sales automation systems
• Experience managing and leading teams of 4–6 people in a senior manager or director‑level environment
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with Product Managers, Customer Support, Sales, and Sales Operations
• Strategic, data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and KPI ownership
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting global or multi‑region GTM motions
• Strong background in ABM strategy and execution
Experience scaling demand generation in high‑growth SaaS environments
