Job Description
We’re seeking a seasoned LMS Specialist with deep expertise in SAP training content to support a national remote learning modernization initiative. The successful candidate will lead the rebuild of outdated SAP training modules, originally developed in 2012, and migrate them into SuccessFactors LMS. This role requires someone who has previously contributed to LMS upgrades, understands SAP systems training, and can create structured, scalable learning assets in a fast-moving environment. You’ll work closely with the Director of Learning to define the training strategy and build content architecture from the ground up.

Required Skills & Experience
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors LMS (content development, configuration, testing) - required for LMS
• Experience with multiple upgrade projects for SAP training modules and systems workflows - required for SAP
• Proven track record in LMS upgrades or modernization projects
• Ability to convert legacy SAP content into LMS-ready digital formats
• Strong instructional design skills for technical systems training
• Experience developing structured learning pathways and training packages
• Comfortable working in evolving environments with limited existing processes
Strong collaboration and communication skills across learning and technical teams
