Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Project & Program Management to join one of Calgary’s fastest-growing Safety technology companies. This is a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week onsite. The successful candidate will lead a team of four Project Managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, and product management to oversee ongoing projects and product launches. This role is pivotal in driving the development of innovative hardware solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of products that align with overall business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of proven leadership experience, including managing and developing engineering teams (teams of 4+).
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager before leadership.
• Extensive experience in hardware engineering, with a strong focus on hardware products.
• Deep understanding of hardware design principles, components, and technologies.
• PMP certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) designation or APEGA membership.
• Experience with product launches.
