Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator for a hybrid 2 days per week for 1 year contract with a strong possibility of extension to join one of Alberta's leading utility companies located in Edmonton, AB. This individual will be accountable for coordinating the delivery of assigned tasks and projects while supporting a team of Project Managers during project life cycle from inception through to close out, including cost and schedule monitoring, scheduling crews, contract management, forecasting, HSE reporting, quality management coordinating regulatory deliverables and records management. High proficiency in MS Suites is required along with thriving in a busy and collaborative environment.

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in Project Coordination
Experience working under multiple Project Managers simultaneously
Highly proficient in MS Office Suites including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, Teams, etc.
Experienced in health and safety practices and procedures with a strong focus on implementing and maintaining these standards
Well-organized, fast learner and able to be flexible in delivery method with problem solving, good judgment and strong reasoning skills
Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and ability to manage competing deadlines
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving is a must
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Knowledge of transmission and distribution asset construction means and methods considered a strong asset
Experience working in the utility sector is considered a strong asset
Familiarity with Oracle and Primavera P6 preferred
PMP or P. Eng designations are ideal but not required
