Job Description

In the role of Business Analyst, you would work as part of a multidisciplinary team to plan, design, develop
and implement comprehensive business solutions in response to business needs. Knowledge of methods and
techniques for business analysis and demonstrated skill in their application to solving business problems are
essential. Business Analyst work effectively and efficiently, whether working independently, as a team
member or as a team leader. A Business Analyst is adaptable and resourceful and deliver in an agile manor.

What you will do:
• Retail Location Master Data Oversight: Serve as the central point of contact for managing retail location
data across multiple systems, ensuring accurate creation, updates, and integration with platforms like
ARS, LMDM, S4, and PeopleSoft.
• Data Maintenance & Mapping: Maintain and update master data tables, ensuring seamless mapping
between systems (such as S4 and PeopleSoft) to support efficient operations and data integrity.
• Retail Location Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of PeopleSoft branches, SAP location
configurations, and non-configuration data objects (e.g., business partner information, shipping
locations). Facilitate changes and resolve discrepancies in location-related records.
• Governance & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish and refine governance
protocols and policies for location master data management. Ensure all records meet data quality
standards that align with business needs and analytical requirements.
• Project & System Support: Provide expertise in retail location data for system enhancements, assisting
with testing, deployment, and troubleshooting within SAP, PeopleSoft, LMDM, and ARS environments.
Support broader business services initiatives and projects.
• Training & Communication: Prepare documentation, conduct training sessions, and communicate best NICE TO HAV
practices to stakeholders regarding proper data usage, ensuring teams are well-informed and equipped to NICE TO HAV
manage location data effectively.
• Safety & Culture: Model and promote a culture of safety by actively contributing to a secure work
environment and encouraging compliance with company safety protocols.

capabilities
• Train staff and users to work with applications, systems and/or programs
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high demand environment

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required (degree related to finance, accounting, mathematics, operations, statistics, actuarial
science, agriculture, economics or other data related fields is preferred.
• 5+ years experience required
• Experience in location or location-related role preferable
• Experience building strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Experience using business analytics to problem solve data-driven questions
• Experience conducting data analyses using advanced skills in statistics and database management. Expert in
Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• ERP Experience is an asset
