Insight Global is looking for a Director of Product Development to join a large technology manufacturing client on a 3-5 onsite hybrid, permanent position in Calgary, Alberta or Waterloo, ON. The Director of Product Development will be responsible for organizing the work within the Product Development Department. They will be responsible for aligning with other teams and stakeholders such as the UX team, Quality Assurance, AI, Firmware, and Hardware teams. The successful candidate will be directly managing 8-10 resources across skills such as Product Managers, Software Engineers, UX Designers, and Data Scientists.

-5+ years of management or director experience leading product development teams.
-4 + years of hands-on product development experience in a tech environment
-Experience working with AI in a professional setting
-Experience at mid to large tech manufacturing companies
-Comes from a computer engineering or technology background
-Proficient with KanBan, Jira, HubSpot, and NetSuite
-Experience overseeing global employees
