Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Senior Manager, Cyber Risk and Compliance for one of our customers. This is a 6 month contract-to-hire position, but the team will also consider hiring straight to permanent. A successful candidate must be located in Calgary or Saskatoon and is required to go into the office 5 days a week. A successful candidate will have a track record of leading Cybersecurity teams, with hands on experience in threat and risk assessment.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of relevant IT and Cybersecurity experience.
- 4+ years of experience supervising a team of IT professionals.
- Experience with NIST CSF, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-82, HIPAA, HI Trust, SOC1/SOC2
- Experience in risk management and governance practices.
- Experience leading a team of threat and risk assessors and/or hands on experience with threat and risk assessment.
- Experience acting calmly and competently in high-pressure situations, including cybersecurity incidents.
- Working knowledge of third party risk assessment.
- Bachelor's degree required, in technology or information security (or related field); or relevant experience.
