Job Description

Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Alberta's midsized Energy/Waste companies for a 6 month contract with highly likely possible extensions. This person will be the sole first line of defense for the Edmonton area. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with incident resolution, tier 1-2 support, or service request management throughout the Edmonton area. This opportunity is 40 hours a week, 5 days onsite in Edmonton.

Required Skills & Experience

-3+ years Tier 1-2 Support Experience
-Basic Networking understanding i.e. - routers, switches, replacing access points, switch access etc.
-Remote/mobility support: phones/applications/tools etc.
-Experience with ServiceNow, or Jira or Active Directory
-Proficiency with Microsoft Suite

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience with re-matter application
-Fresh Service (current ticketing system being used)
