Insight Global is looking for an IT Support Specialist to join one of Alberta's midsized Energy/Waste companies for a 6 month contract with highly likely possible extensions. This person will be the sole first line of defense for the Edmonton area. This individual will be responsible for assisting customers with incident resolution, tier 1-2 support, or service request management throughout the Edmonton area. This opportunity is 40 hours a week, 5 days onsite in Edmonton.
