Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Project Coordinator to join one of Canada's fastest-growing convenience and retail fuel companies for a 1 month contract to start projected to be until end of December. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing onboarding tasks for resources across using ServiceNow, track ticket progress, and communicate with business and IT teams to obtain necessary approvals. Essentially creating ServiceNow tickets in onboarding efforts to grant new employees access to respective functions within the company. This role involves managing application user provisioning, monitoring ticket status, updating data reporting daily, and documenting process changes. Additionally, the coordinator will support the transformation team by gathering data for application integration and addressing stakeholder issues. Strong organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and expertise in ServiceNow are essential, along with the ability to work across IT, finance, and business functions and effectively communicate to resolve bottlenecks in the access provisioning process.
